How long do we keep your data?
The data will be kept for as long as the relationship with the user remains in force and for the time necessary to comply with legal obligations. In the case of job applications, the data will be kept for a maximum of 24 months after the end of the recruitment process, unless you request their deletion earlier.
Automated decisions
No automated decisions or profiling are carried out that produce legal effects on the user or significantly affect them in a similar way.

What is the legal basis for processing?
The legal basis for the processing of your data is, depending on the case: (i) your consent, given by sending a form or checking the corresponding box; (ii) the performance of a contract or the application of pre‑contractual measures; and (iii) Alfa Business Holding's legitimate interest in managing its business activity and responding to queries that are addressed to it.
Obligation to provide data
The information requested in the forms marked as mandatory is necessary to process your request or query. If you do not provide it, we may not be able to respond properly.

Failure to provide the required data may make it impossible to access certain services or functionalities of the website.

Who do we share your data with?
Your data may be communicated to companies of the Alfa Business Holding group when necessary for internal administrative purposes, for the provision of services or for the proper handling of your request.
Transfers based on legal obligations and service providers
In certain cases we may be obliged to communicate data to public authorities in compliance with legal obligations. Likewise, some third‑party service providers (hosting, email, management tools, etc.) may access your data, acting as data processors and under the instructions of Alfa Business Holding.

6. ORIGIN AND CATEGORIES OF DATA
Where do we obtain the data?
The personal data we process are provided directly by the user through the forms and contact channels enabled on the website, or during the relationship with Alfa Business Holding.
Categories of data processed
The categories of data processed are identification data, contact data, professional and academic data (in the case of job applications), commercial information and, where appropriate, economic data necessary for billing and payments.
7. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
Notice pursuant to Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE)
In accordance with Law 34/2002 of July 11 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, we inform you that if you no longer wish to receive the communications and information you have been receiving through this electronic communication system, please notify us by email at [email protected] so that your personal data may be removed from our database. Your request will be processed within 10 days of submission. If we do not receive an express response from you, we will understand that you accept and authorize our company to continue sending such communications.
